To minimise wear and tear on the Villa (and the caretakers) we are only taking bookings for 6 months of the year. Availabilities are limited to April/May/June and August/September/October. However, if you do have another month in mind, please email your request to cjcole@iinet.net.au and we’ll see if we can accommodate you. |

The Villa is AS$2,500 per week. (2,200 Euros). This is a flat tariff that applies to single occupants or groups of 8-10. This charge includes linen, final cleaning and use of the wood heater. If central heating is required there will be an additional charge of 120.00 Euro per week. You will be required to pay a small key deposit on arrival.
